If your order arrives and the box has been damaged, immediately take pictures showing the damage. Get close-ups, if possible. Once you open your package check your order thoroughly to ensure the order isn’t damaged.
If you order is damaged, contact us immediately so we can disccuss options.
We highly recommend shipping orders to a secure location or postbox to ensure it’s delivered without risk of theft. Once your package has been scanned as delivered, we cannot be held liable and are unable to offer a refund for stolen packages.
However, if your package is lost in transit and hasn’t been scanned as delivered, we’re more than happy to place a claim on your behalf with the courier. A refund or replacement will be issued once the courier has finished their claim investigation process.
Uptown Conceal always wants you happy. If you, for any reason, are not happy with your order, contact us at email@example.com immediately. All returns must be completed within 30 days. All order returns must be approved first and must be returned in an unused, like new condition.
Upon receipt of the time, we will process your refund, minus the initial shipping costs, unless there is a workmanship issue.
